The Moscatel Wine Cask Edition of Redbreast, released under the distillery's Iberian Series, turning to the sweet Spanish Moscatel grape for its finish. Triple distilled at the Midleton distillery in Co. Cork and bottled without an age statement in 2026 for Europe.
Matured in American oak and Oloroso sherry, the single pot still spirit is finished in Moscatel hogsheads. The mash of malted and unmalted barley holds its peppery, oily texture while the wine casks bring dried fruit, a sherried sweetness, bright citrus and vanilla over fresh oak. Bottled at 46%.
