We don’t accept returns for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse purchases as standard. However, if you wish to return a product, you may do so under the following conditions:
Returns must be pre-approved. Please email hello@bottleswithoutborders.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for bottles that arrive back damaged, opened, or outside the return window. All returns are inspected and must pass a tamper check before refunds are issued.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, we’ll make it right — but you need to let us know within 7 days of delivery.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and file a claim with the carrier if needed. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund if the item is no longer available.
We do not issue refunds for cosmetic damage to packaging (such as minor dents or scuffs on boxes) if the product itself is intact.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, or confirmed an issue like damage or loss, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

No — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or was sent in error.
If your return is approved for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you’ll need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred by us on return will also be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when sending anything back to us, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you received a bottle as a gift and want to return or exchange it, we may be able to help — but some conditions apply.
Returns or exchanges can only be processed if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the return window. You’ll need to provide the original order number or the name and email of the person who placed the order so we can locate it in our system.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If you’re hoping to exchange the gift for something else, we’ll do our best to assist, subject to availability and approval.

All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them. That means the bottle, packaging, labels, seals, and any accompanying boxes must be fully intact and undamaged.
We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery — including heat exposure, leaks, or broken seals. If a product arrives back in unsellable condition, no refund will be issued.
We recommend packing returns securely and using a tracked, insured service to prevent damage in transit.
We ship from multiple locations depending on the product and destination, so returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions via email. Please do not send any items back until you’ve contacted us and received confirmation — returned goods sent without approval may be lost or ineligible for a refund.
