We currently ship to over 220 countries and territories worldwide. If it’s legal to ship alcohol to your location, and carriers operate there, we’ll do our best to get your order delivered.

We do not ship to the following countries:

  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • Sudan
  • Cuba

These restrictions are due to international sanctions and trade limitations.

Additional delivery limitations:

  • Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO): We are unable to deliver to U.S. military base addresses, as these require postal services we do not currently use.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all deliveries.
  • Remote or rural areas: Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times, incur additional fees, or be excluded from service depending on local logistics networks.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local import procedures. Orders typically arrive between 2 business days and 2 weeks from the time they ship.

Estimated timeframes:

  • Within the EU & UK: 2–5 business days
  • USA & Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Asia-Pacific & Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–15 business days, depending on location

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Note: Customs delays, rural delivery, or extreme weather can occasionally impact delivery times. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing it, and we’ll advise on the best shipping option.

At the moment, we do not offer express or next-day delivery. All orders are shipped using the most reliable and cost-effective method available for each destination, which is selected by our team before dispatch.

We’re actively working on expanding our logistics options and may introduce faster delivery services in the future.

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear, especially during weekends or public holidays. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch and we’ll follow it up for you.

Note: Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility once the parcel enters the local postal system. We’ll still provide the best available link and updates.

Once your order has been dispatched, changes are no longer guaranteed. Some couriers offer in-transit address updates, but this varies by country and service. We’ll do our best to help, but additional fees or delays may apply.

Important: Refusing to pay duties or accept delivery may result in your order being returned, and any associated costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Yes — in most countries, the courier will require a valid photo ID to confirm that the recipient is of legal drinking age.

Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended or with minors. If no one of legal age is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local depot for collection.

Please make sure someone over the legal drinking age is available to receive the delivery and present ID if asked. This helps us stay compliant with local laws and protect your order.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will usually make a second attempt or leave a note with instructions for rescheduling or local collection.

In some cases, your parcel may be held at a nearby pickup point or depot for a limited time. If it’s not collected or redelivery isn’t arranged, the package may be returned to us.
