Redbreast is the reference point for single pot still whiskey, triple distilled from malted and unmalted barley for its oily, spicy weight. A long spell in sherry wood typically layers dried fig, raisin and walnut over the clove and black pepper of the spirit. Bottled undiluted at cask strength, 59.5%.
