Description
Part of Redbreast's Dream Cask series, the Port to Port Edition, a single cask bottling of the benchmark single pot still whiskey. Distilled at the Midleton distillery in Co. Cork and bottled at 27 Years Old in 2023 for an event release, drawn from cask 700008/9 into 870 half litre bottles.
Triple distilled from malted and unmalted barley, the aged spirit carries the oily, peppery pot still signature. A life across ex-bourbon and ruby port wood adds honey, red fruit and a deep old spirit character. Bottled without dilution at cask strength, 56%.
