Description
The cask strength companion to Batch 6 of Dingle's single malt, drawn from the same full term Tawny Port maturation but bottled undiluted at 60.4%. Only 1,000 bottles were released in 2021, against 14,500 of the standard strength edition, making this the concentrated cut of the batch.
Triple distilled in Co. Kerry and aged entirely in Tawny Port casks on the Atlantic edge of the peninsula, it intensifies the wine influence: dark chocolate, raisin and cooked red fruit at full weight, with the house malt and honey pressing through beneath. Water opens it considerably, but at natural strength it is Dingle at its densest and most vinous.
