Dingle

1 bottle

Dingle Original Gin launched in 2012 from the distillery in County Kerry. It is made in small batches in copper pot stills with a mix of classic botanicals and Irish plants from the Atlantic coast. Expect juniper, coriander, and angelica alongside rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, heather, and hawthorn, with citrus peel for lift. The style is crisp and aromatic with a natural herb note that reads as wild meadow rather than perfume.

In the glass you get bright citrus first, clean juniper, soft floral tones, and a gentle berry roundness before a dry peppery finish. It is an easy fit for a Martini with a lemon twist, a Southside, or a Gin and Tonic garnished with a wedge of fresh orange and a sprig of rosemary.
