The mash of malted and unmalted barley gives the peppery, gingery spice and oily texture that define Ireland's own pot still style, and eleven years of PX wood wrap it in fig, raisin and dark chocolate without burying it. Bottled at a cask strength of 51.7%, mellowed naturally by its long sleep, it pairs Ireland's native whiskey style with the sweetest of Spanish casks, aged beside the Atlantic the whole way.
