Juicy blood orange floods the glass, all sweet citrus zest and Sicilian sunshine, with juniper and a whisper of spice holding the line beneath. Built on a London Dry frame and finished with real blood orange, it leans fruity without tipping into syrup. Fresh, soft and made for a long summer afternoon.

Description
Whitley Neill takes the classic London Dry shape and points it south, towards the blood-orange groves of Sicily. The familiar trio of juniper, coriander seed and angelica root forms the structure, then natural blood orange floods in to give this bottling its colour and character. At 43% it keeps enough backbone to stay recognisably gin rather than slipping into cordial territory.
The nose opens on fresh blood orange and sweet citrus zest, juniper and a faint dusting of spice trailing behind. The palate is properly fruity, all juicy orange and gentle sweetness over a clean juniper base, before a fresh, soft, long-lasting finish. Build a G&T with Mediterranean tonic and a fat slice of orange, and let the citrus do the talking.
