After maturing in ex-bourbon barrels the malt is finished in casks that held rum, a pairing that brings out soft tropical fruit, banana and a molasses sweetness alongside the whiskey's vanilla and malt. The 46% strength keeps the texture full without diluting the spirit's fresh, orchard fruit character. It carries no age statement, in the house style of the range.
