Description
V8+ make this Prosecco DOC Rosé to the appellation rules, with at least 85 per cent Glera fleshed out by 10 to 15 per cent Pinot Nero vinified as red wine for colour and depth. As a Millesimato it carries the 2024 vintage, and the Brut dosage holds the style dry while keeping the balance between fruit and acidity. Fermentation runs in stainless steel tank by the Charmat method, which preserves the bright primary aromatics that define the wine, and gives it a fine, lively bead.
The wine is a delicate salmon pink with an even perlage. The nose leads with strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, lifted by fine floral accents. The palate is fresh, lively and balanced, with a clear fruit structure and an elegant texture, closing dry and harmonious. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8 degrees in a tulip glass. A flexible aperitif that suits antipasti, salads with berries or citrus, lighter fish, poultry and mild cheese.
