Ultimat is a Polish vodka built from three raw materials rather than one: potato, wheat and rye. That blend is unusual, and it gives the spirit a creamy body from the potato, a fine spice from the rye and a cereal backbone from the wheat. Distilled several times and filtered for clarity, it arrives in a deep blue bottle with a glass stopper.

Description
Ultimat comes from Poland and is distilled in small batches from a trio of bases: potato, wheat and rye. Each contributes something distinct. Potato gives a fuller, creamier mouthfeel, rye brings a peppery spice, and wheat lends a soft cereal roundness, so the blend has a layered texture you rarely get from a single-grain vodka. The spirit is distilled multiple times and carefully filtered to pull it clear and silky, and it is bottled at 40% in the brand's signature blue glass with a stopper.
The nose is elegant and near-neutral with fresh grain, a little pepper and a hint of citrus, the palate is soft and round with a creamy feel, fine rye spice and a faint sweetness from the potato, and the finish is velvety and long. That spice and body make it a strong base for a Vodka Sour: shake it with fresh lemon juice, a little sugar syrup and a touch of egg white for a silky head, where the rye pepper cuts through the sour and the potato weight keeps the drink from feeling thin.
