Suntory Single Grain Whisky

Suntory Single Grain Whisky is a Netherlands market release drawing entirely on grain spirit from the Chita distillery in Aichi Prefecture. Chita has operated since 1972 as Suntory's dedicated grain site, using multiple column still configurations to produce grain spirit of different weights that serves both as a blending component and as a standalone bottling.

Matured in Ex-Bourbon casks in the typical Chita house style, the whisky is light, clean and sweet: honey, mild vanilla and gentle oak on the palate, with a soft and easygoing finish. At 43% it sits in the standard Suntory bottling strength, presenting Chita grain in its characteristic delicate and approachable form for the European market.
