St. Kilian Distillers Advocaat Eierlikoer is an egg liqueur from St. Kilian Distillers, the German single malt distillery in Ruedenau in Lower Franconia, bottled at 18%. It is made with fresh egg yolks, fine sugar and the distillery's own spirit, that in house distillate being the feature that separates it from industrial advocaat. As an egg liqueur it is a yolk and spirit emulsion, rested to a thick, custardy weight.

The nose shows fine vanilla, delicate sugar cream and a hint of fresh egg yolk, the palate is smooth, sweet and creamy with a pronounced vanilla note, soft texture and pleasant warmth, the finish long, mild and round. Being an egg liqueur it is served chilled or over ice, and once opened it should be refrigerated and used within a finite window. It pours neat with coffee, cake or biscuits, and folds into desserts such as ice cream, mousse or crepes. In a mix it adds custard body and vanilla sweetness, pairing with chocolate liqueur or espresso in creamy short cocktails.
