St. Kilian Cream Sahnelikoer is a whisky cream liqueur from St. Kilian Distillers, the German single malt distillery in Ruedenau, bottled at 21%. The distillery is known for its whisky, and here a finely balanced St. Kilian single malt forms the base of a cream liqueur, blended with selected ingredients into a full bodied creamy texture. The whisky base gives it grain and spice depth under the sweetness.

The nose shows vanilla, cream and fine caramel with a subtle whisky spice, the palate is creamy and soft with sweet vanilla, toffee, mild spice and a harmonious whisky note, the finish gentle, slightly sweet, creamy and long. As a cream liqueur it is a dairy emulsion, served chilled or over ice, and once opened it should be refrigerated and treated as a perishable product. It pours neat as a dessert drink and pairs with chocolate cake, brownies, tiramisu or vanilla ice cream. On a menu its body and toffee sweetness make it a rich base for after dinner mixed serves, adding weight and a whisky backbone to creamy short drinks.
