Yehmon Classic Blended Rum is a multi distillery blend from Samaroli, the historic Italian bottler known for its elegant, purist approach and measured strengths. With an average age of around thirteen years and an unsweetened make up, it reflects the house preference for balance and drinkability over sheer power.
Matured in ex-bourbon wood and bottled at a comfortable 45%, it offers a soft, dessert leaning profile, with banana, chocolate, cherry and dried fruit on the nose and a palate of tobacco, vanilla and confectionery sweetness drawn entirely from the cask. The finish is fruity and oaky with a dry edge. Approachable and gently flavoured, it sits at the easygoing end of the Samaroli range, a relaxed after dinner blend for those who appreciate a smooth, fruit and chocolate led rum without any added sugar.
