This is a molasses-based island blend drawn across multiple countries, built for easy drinking at a gentle strength rather than as a cask-strength statement, and the Selected Series tier is one that can carry some dosage.

Distilled on a mix of pot and column stills and matured to a softer profile, it shows vanilla, caramel, allspice and oak on the nose, then a sweet, creamy palate of caramel, chocolate, candied fruit and toffee.
