The headline is the distillation: the base spirit is distilled 34 times, a long process that removes congener after congener until the spirit is exceptionally clean and smooth. Onto that clean base go natural flavours of Mediterranean citrus, oranges, lemons and grapefruit, giving a fresh, fruit-forward profile. It is bottled at 30%, lighter than a standard vodka, which suits its role as a base for long, refreshing drinks rather than something to sip strong.
The nose is fresh citrus, orange and lemon, with a light floral edge. The palate is smooth and fruity with a balance of sweet and tart citrus, and the finish is refreshing and slightly tart.
