Poli Mirtillo Liquore con Grappa is a grappa based fruit liqueur from Poli, a historic distillery in the Veneto. Only selected blueberries are macerated in handcrafted grappa, a natural infusion that preserves the deep colour, fruity aroma and natural acidity of the berries. Bottled at 28%, it combines the sweetness of the fruit with the elegant structure of a finely distilled grappa, so it carries more backbone than a neutral based berry liqueur.

The nose is intensely fruity, with fresh blueberries, wild berries and delicate floral nuances, while the palate is soft, sweet and full bodied with dominant blueberry, fine tannins and a subtle grappa warmth, finishing lingering and harmonious on a natural berry sweetness. In a glass it brings deep berry flavour, body and colour along with a touch of grappa spice that keeps the sweetness in check. Pour it chilled or over ice, or use it in dessert cocktails alongside fruit desserts, ice cream, berry panna cotta or chocolate cake.
