Pink Royal Dry Gin

Pink Royal is the work of OSA Fine Spirits, who put the spirit through a fourfold distillation in traditional copper stills before infusing it with ten botanicals and a blend of raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. That fruit does double duty: it gives the gin its intense berry flavour and its natural blush, with no artificial colouring anywhere in sight. The whole thing arrives in an exclusive diamond-shaped bottle that makes its luxurious intentions plain.

The colour is a delicate, natural rosé, the nose fresh with raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant over juniper and a fine citrus lift. The palate is soft and full-bodied, sweet berries and classic juniper spice with light herbal touches, finishing long and refreshing as fruit and spice settle into balance. Serve it with a Mediterranean or elderflower tonic and fresh berries, or pour it into a Bramble where its fruit truly belongs.
