Pari Pari T Rhum Rhum Ambre French Touch is an agricole-style rhum from the Distillerie de Taha'a in French Polynesia, a remote South Pacific island with its own emerging cane spirit scene. The Ambre marks a lightly aged style, here a single cask carried under two years in oak.

Made from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice rather than molasses and aged in ex-bourbon casks, it is bottled at 45%. French Polynesia sits well outside the French-island AOC, so this is cane juice rhum in the agricole spirit. A young ambre of this kind typically keeps a grassy, herbaceous core with early vanilla and light oak. As a single cask from a small Pacific distillery, it is a rare origin to find.
