Nikka From The Barrel Silhouette is a no age statement blended whisky from Nikka, produced in a limited 500ml format for the Italian market at 51.4%. Like the core From The Barrel expression, it combines malt from the Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido and the Miyagikyo distillery in Miyagi Prefecture with Coffey-still grain whisky, re-casked after blending to allow further integration.
From The Barrel is one of Nikka's most celebrated blends, known for its full-strength delivery and the depth that re-casking brings. The Silhouette release maintains the blend's characteristic profile: punchy, malt-forward and richly textured, with the Ex-Bourbon maturation adding vanilla and cereal warmth while the Yoichi component contributes weight and a faintly smoky edge. Bottled without dilution, it brings the complete character of the marriage to the glass.
