Mozart Chocolate White Sahnelikör

Mozart Chocolate White is a white chocolate cream liqueur from the Mozart Distillerie in Salzburg, the Austrian house centred on chocolate liqueurs. It blends aromatic vanilla, fine caramel and fresh cream with cocoa butter at 15%, offered in 500ml and 700ml, made from natural ingredients and gluten free. As a dairy cream emulsion it is a dairy product once opened, best kept chilled and finite in life.

The nose is delicate and creamy with vanilla, white chocolate, cream and fine caramel, the palate rich, smooth and round with creamy cocoa butter, sweet vanilla and gentle caramel, the finish long, mild and balanced. In a mix it adds soft pale sweetness, vanilla and dairy body without the dark cocoa weight of the standard bottlings, useful in a white chocolate dessert cocktail or a serve over ice. It also refines coffee and pairs with panna cotta and vanilla desserts.
