Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Sahnelikör

Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice is a limited seasonal cream liqueur from the Mozart Distillerie in Salzburg, the Austrian house known for chocolate liqueurs. It joins fine Belgian chocolate and fresh cream to a spice blend of pumpkin, cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg at 17% in the 500ml bottle, an autumn reading of the Mozart style. As a dairy cream emulsion it should be kept chilled once opened and treated as a dairy product.

The nose is rich chocolate with pumpkin spice, cinnamon and clove, the palate full bodied and velvety with intense chocolate and warm spice held in balance, the finish long and gently spiced. Behind the bar it adds warm baking spice, chocolate body and sweetness, a fit for a Pumpkin Spice Martini, a spiced White Russian or any seasonal creamy cocktail, and it pours neat on ice. It also works in the kitchen across autumn desserts and bakes.
