This is Mionetto's organic Prosecco, made from Glera grown to certified organic standards without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, from the house that has worked in Valdobbiadene since 1887. The second fermentation is carried out by the Charmat method in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which preserves the aromatic freshness and elegance of the grape and gives a clean, lively bead. It is finished in the extra dry style, with a harmoniously integrated fruit sweetness that keeps it accessible and lively.
The colour is a bright straw yellow with a fine, persistent bead. The nose leads with golden apple and pear, a delicate hint of orange and floral acacia. The palate is fresh and balanced, with lively fruit, a subtle sweetness and a clean, finely sparkling close that reflects its organic origin. Serve it at 5 to 7 degrees in a white wine glass. It makes a stylish aperitif and suits antipasti, fine pasta, risotto with seafood, delicate shellfish, summer salads and light vegetarian dishes.
