Mionetto is a well-known Prosecco house from the Veneto, and this Orange Spritz is a wine-based, ready-to-serve take on the Italian aperitivo. It combines the house Prosecco with sweet orange and a blend of botanicals, arriving pre-mixed so there is no need to build the drink by hand. At 5.9 per cent it is light and uncomplicated, and the recipe leans on the bittersweet balance of a classic spritz rather than any bottle ageing.
