Crisp lemon zest and dry juniper set the tone, with earthy root notes and a whisper of something floral underneath. Distilled slowly in copper pots at a small family house in London using Italian juniper and fresh lemon peel, it stays elegant and clear-edged throughout. Classic London Dry, smoothed to a quiet shine.

Description
Mayfair is made in a small, family-run distillery in the middle of London, working in the older idiom of slow copper-pot distillation. The bill is deliberately traditional: Italian juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica and orris roots and fresh lemon peel, each given time to register rather than shouted over. That patience shows in the texture, which is unusually smooth for a gin this dry and clear.
The aroma is aromatic and precise, dominant juniper over lemon zest, earthy root and a faint floral edge. The palate is dry and balanced, juniper spice met by coriander, light citrus and a fine rooty depth, before a long, clean, lemony finish. Built for a proper Martini, or a G&T with nothing more than a curl of lemon peel.
