From The Whisky Agency, jointly with Three Rivers of Tokyo, this 17 Year Old is a 2007 vintage Longmorn in ex-Bourbon, made for the Japanese market where the distillery has a cult following.
Seventeen years in ex-Bourbon worked the rich spirit, the American oak lending clean vanilla and a creamy weight.
At 46.6% it shows mature ripe orchard fruit and vanilla over Longmorn's richness. A Tokyo joint bottling 17.
