Description
Jameson Round is one of three bottlings in The Deconstructed Series, a 2016 project that separated the standard Jameson blend into its component characters. A marriage of single pot still and grain whiskey triple distilled at the Midleton distillery in Co. Cork, Round was made to showcase the smooth, mellow side of the house style.
Matured in ex-bourbon oak, it emphasises vanilla, soft toffee, gentle malt and a creamy, rounded texture, the calm centre of the Midleton signature. Bottled at 40% in a one litre format, it works alongside the Bold and Lively bottlings as part of a set, each highlighting a different aspect of the familiar Jameson blend.
