Jameson Lively is one of three bottlings in The Deconstructed Series, a 2016 project that split the character of the standard Jameson blend into separate expressions. A blend of single pot still and grain whiskey triple distilled at the Midleton distillery in Co. Cork, Lively was designed to highlight the fresh, fruity element of the house style.
Matured in ex-bourbon oak, it leans on bright citrus, green orchard fruit and a light, zesty spice, the airy side of the Midleton signature brought forward. Bottled at 40% in a one litre format for the Irish market, it is a playful companion piece to the Bold and Round bottlings, each drawing out a different facet of the same familiar blend.
