Cork by Irish Distillers. It presents the global house blend in local livery rather than a separate recipe.
Matured in ex-bourbon oak, it shows the smooth, unpeated Midleton character of vanilla, honey, soft orchard fruit and light citrus. Bottled at 40%, it keeps the lightness and easy texture that triple distillation gives the spirit, an approachable everyday blend offered to the Japanese market.
