Isautier is one of Reunion's oldest rum houses, and this Arrange sits in the island's tradition of steeping fresh fruit and spice in cane spirit rather than ageing it in oak. Pineapple and vanilla lead the billing, with piment, chilli, adding a warm edge that keeps the sweetness in check.

This is an infusion rather than a dry sipper, so expect a rounded, fruit forward and lightly sweet pour built for sipping cold or over ice. At 37% it stays soft and approachable, the vanilla and ripe pineapple doing most of the talking while the chilli lingers underneath.
