Hibiki Japanese Harmony is Suntory's flagship no age statement blend, drawing malt whisky from the Yamazaki distillery in Osaka Prefecture and the Hakushu distillery in Yamanashi Prefecture, married with Chita grain from Aichi Prefecture. Released globally, it represents Suntory's philosophy of balance across its three distillery sites.
Maturation across Ex-Bourbon and mizunara casks gives the blend its layered character: honey and fresh orchard fruit from the American oak, a leafy, herbal note from Hakushu malt, and the signature sandalwood and incense of Japanese mizunara adding depth to the finish. The result is smooth and harmonious at 43%, with a quiet tobacco complexity on the close.
