Description
Inside the bottle, you'll find the renowned Hibiki 17 Year Old blend, which is a carefully crafted marriage of malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, combined with grain whisky from the Chita distillery. These whiskies are aged in a combination of American oak, sherry casks, and the rare Mizunara oak, giving the whisky its signature complexity and depth. The palate offers a rich balance of honey, dried fruit, and subtle spices, with a lingering finish influenced by the Mizunara oak’s unique sandalwood and incense notes.
