Hayman’s of London Small Gin

Hayman's of London have spent over 150 years making authentic London Dry, and Small Gin is their clever twist on it. The recipe is concentrated so that a single 5ml spoon, supplied in the box, delivers the intensity of a full measure: classic botanicals like juniper, coriander, citrus peel and angelica root are pushed to a higher concentration so the gin keeps its full character at a fraction of the pour. For all the engineering, the flavour is pure Hayman's. The nose is expressive juniper with fine citrus and an elegant herbal spice; the palate is intense and complex, dominant juniper meeting fresh citrus, floral notes and a pleasant warmth; the finish runs long and balanced. Stir 5ml into tonic over ice with a lemon twist or a sprig of rosemary, and you have a full-strength G&T from the smallest of pours.
