Ripe peach and rose petal set the tone, sweet and softly floral, with a thread of citrus keeping it lively. Built on Hayman’s traditional gin and dialled down to a sippable 25%, it follows the old British summer-cup tradition with a gentler step. A drink for long afternoons, all fruit and flowers and a quiet whisper of juniper.

Description
Hayman's of London have been distilling for more than 150 years, and this Peach & Rose Cup is their nod to the great British summer cup, those long, fruity aperitifs made for sun and conversation. The base is their own traditional gin, refined with natural peach and rose until the juniper steps politely into the background. At 25% it sits closer to a liqueur than a dry gin, soft, sweet and easy to pour by the jugful.
The nose is generous with ripe peach and rose, lifted by a light citrus freshness. The palate is smooth and harmonious: sweet stone fruit first, then gentle rose, with subtle herbal nuances giving it depth and a faint juniper edge underneath. It finishes long and softly fruity. Lengthen it with tonic or dry ginger ale over ice and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
