Hayman’s of London Exotic Citrus Gin

Hayman's of London draws on a secret family recipe going back generations, and the Exotic Citrus expression begins as their ten-botanical London Dry. From there it is layered with a spread of exotic fruit, kumquats, Persian limes, grapefruits and mandarins, distilled in traditional copper pot stills to keep the citrus vivid and clean. It is a flavoured gin that still wears its London Dry bones plainly.

The nose is fresh and zesty, kumquat, Persian lime and grapefruit lifted by a hint of mandarin. The palate is tangy, fruity and lively, intense citrus held in check by a balanced sweetness, before a refreshing finish where a mild juniper note finally shows through. Pour a bright G&T over ice with a wedge of grapefruit, or serve it neat over a single large cube.
