Unsweetened and bottled at 75.5%, it is closer to an essence than a sipping rum, chilli-hot and explosive, needing water or a long rest to unfold. With dilution it opens into vivid tropical fruit and vegetal, almost agricole-like notes, and it truly comes alive in bold cocktails.
