From the Highland bottler Adelphi, a 10 year old Glen Moray, distilled in 2008, from cask 5584, bottled at 59.4%, one of 217 bottles. Glen Moray is a Speyside single malt from La Martiniquaise, light and approachable in style. Its light, fresh spirit suits a wide range of cask finishes, from sherry to rum.

Distilled light and fruity in the Glen Moray style, for a light, easy spirit with a soft malt. It was matured in refill ex-Bourbon oak, a soft vanilla beneath the orchard fruit. Integration folds eugenol (clove) and vanillin (vanilla) into the malt, the body softer and the fruit riper. Maturation in the bonded warehouses at Elgin is slow and steady. Refill oak lets the light, fruity Glen Moray character lead the way. A gentle maturation suits the light make, the orchard fruit growing richer with time. Glen Moray has long made an accessible, fruity Speyside in the classic style.

Bottled at a cask strength 59.4%, it is rich. Pear, honey and a soft malt, with a soft vanilla from the oak. Beneath it run green apple, pear and a soft vanilla. The finish runs light, fruity and clean. This is a fresh, fruity Speyside single malt.
