Pink grapefruit leads, bright and dry, with a flick of Timut pepper and clean juniper behind it. The first gin in the world to carry grape polyphenols and anthocyanins, it borrows the tannins and ruby colour of red wine and bottles them near Cognac. Seductive, smooth, faintly wine-dark.

Description
Made in France and bottled near the town of Cognac, Generous Gin Purple Grape Berry takes an unusual route to colour and texture. Its botanicals are drawn out by maceration and distillation, then it does something no gin had done before: it folds in polyphenols and grape anthocyanins, the same molecules that give red wine its tannins, its body and its deep ruby tint. The result is a gin that wears the colour of wine while keeping a spirit's clarity of purpose.
Pink grapefruit sets the tone on the nose alongside lemon, juniper and a twist of freshly ground pepper. The palate stays smooth and notably dry, grapefruit and juniper carried on a peppery warmth from Timut berries, before a long, lingering finish. Pour over ice with tonic and a wedge of pink grapefruit to keep that ruby glow in the glass.
