Gaenserndorfer Kulinarium Pistazien-Cream Likoer is an Austrian pistachio cream liqueur from Horvath's Spezereyen, bottled at 17% and built on carefully selected pistachios refined with fine ingredients. It sets the nutty intensity of the pistachio into a soft, creamy dairy texture, in the homogenised cream style where cream and spirit are blended into a smooth, stable emulsion. The aromatic pistachio character is its signature, a nutty take on the Austrian cream liqueur.
The nose is aromatic pistachio with a fine sweetness and creamy accents, the palate soft and full bodied with a distinct pistachio note, creamy sweetness and a harmonious texture, finishing long, smooth and pleasantly nutty and creamy. Behind the bar it works as a nutty body and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness, pistachio flavour and sweetness in one pour. It suits pistachio ice cream, panna cotta and nutty pastries, and a shot in coffee, cappuccino or hot cocoa lends an aromatic, creamy depth. Pour it neat or over ice.
