Gaenserndorfer Kulinarium Kokos-Cream-Likoer is an Austrian coconut cream liqueur from Horvath's Spezereyen, made in the Gaenserndorf region and bottled at 15%. It combines fine coconut flavours with a creamy dairy composition and a subtle sweetness, in the homogenised cream liqueur style where the cream and spirit are blended into a smooth, stable emulsion. The coconut and cream pairing is its signature, an exotic, tropical take on the cream liqueur.

The nose is intense coconut with a pleasant sweet milk note, the palate full bodied and creamy with a dominant coconut note and a gentle, sweet vanilla undertone, finishing long and smooth as the coconut gently fades. Behind the bar it works as a body and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness, coconut flavour and sweetness in one pour. It is a natural in a pina colada or a tropical milkshake, and pours neat over ice for a creamy serve. As a cream liqueur it is a dairy product once opened, so keep it cool and use it reasonably fresh. Serve it well chilled.
