FRC White 100% Pot Still is Flensburg Rum Company's unaged Ghanaian bottling, released through Oldman Spirits at a hefty 65%. Distilled entirely on a pot still and never put to wood, it is built to show off raw cane character, and its fresh sugarcane signature points to a juice driven, agricole adjacent style rather than a heavy aged molasses rum.

The nose is bright and green, grassy and fresh with sugarcane and a crisp apple note. The palate brings estery fruit, burnt sugar and a light oiliness, finishing grassy and citrussy with the proof clearly present. On its own the overproof strength comes to its limits, but that is rather the point, this is a high energy mixer that comes alive in a Ti Punch or stretched into a tall drink, offering plenty of fresh cane funk for the money.
