Sage and damask rose meet a wash of fresh Italian lemon, with juniper holding the earthy centre. Made in small batches from 100% organic ingredients in Piedmont’s Alta Langa, it nods cheerfully to 1980s motocross and racing engines. Floral, herbal and full of nervy energy.

Description
ENGINE is made at Torino Distillati in the Alta Langa hills of Piedmont, distilled in small batches from entirely organic Italian ingredients. The brand wears its inspiration openly, a love letter to the motocross machines and racing cars of the 1980s, right down to the oil-can bottle. Behind the styling sits a tight botanical bill: sage, fresh lemon, liquorice root, damask rose and juniper, distilled to keep the essential oils vivid.
The nose opens on fresh citrus with sage and damask rose, juniper grounding it with an earthy base. The palate is refreshing and complex, fruity lemon and floral lightness offset by the herbal bite of sage and liquorice, then a long, clear finish of juniper and herbs. Serve with a quality tonic, a lemon slice and a sage leaf, or stir into a Negroni.
