Soft, floral and gently sweet, all elderflower blossom over a whisper of citrus and a calm juniper hum. Made in Edinburgh with elderflowers picked by hand in season and dropped to a lilting 20%, it drinks more like a summer cordial than a heavyweight. Light, refreshing and made for the garden.

Description
Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower is a gentler creature than the dry gins of the city, a liqueur-style bottling built around blossom rather than backbone. The elderflowers are gathered by hand in their brief season and blended with traditional botanicals, juniper and coriander among them, then carried at a relaxed 20% so the floral sweetness can lead. The result is delicate, summery and easy to pour.
The nose is fresh and floral, elderflower foremost, with a touch of citrus and a light herb-garden note. The palate is soft and balanced, the fine sweetness of elderflower meeting delicate citrus and a gentle juniper hum, before a long, refreshing, floral finish. Lovely in a tall G&T with a slice of cucumber, or topped with chilled Prosecco for a quick summer aperitif.
