Dubai Schokolade Pistazien Likör

Dubai Schokolade Pistazien Likor is a chocolate liqueur made by the Paehler Rietberg distillery in East Westphalia, Germany, bottled at 16%. It takes its cue from the pistachio and chocolate pairing of Arabic dessert traditions, joining the sweetness of chocolate to the roasted note of pistachios for a liqueur built around a popular modern dessert flavour. The combination of chocolate and roasted nut is its signature, made to read sweet and indulgent in the glass.

The nose carries chocolate, roasted pistachios, caramel and vanilla, the palate creamy, chocolatey and nutty with a clear pistachio note, finishing long and creamy. Behind the bar it works as a dessert and body ingredient, adding chocolate sweetness, nutty depth and a smooth texture, which suits it to a chocolate pistachio martini, an Alexander riff or a spoon over ice cream.
