Dooley's Original Toffee Cream Liqueur is a German cream liqueur that folds fresh cream and toffee caramel into a smooth dairy emulsion. Built on quality ingredients, it balances a full bodied sweetness against a soft, creamy texture, bottled at 15% as a cream liqueur rather than an aged spirit.
The nose is intense toffee and caramel with a fine creamy note, the palate soft and full bodied with sweet caramel, a creamy texture and a hint of vanilla, closing long and sweet as the caramel slowly fades. Behind the bar it is a body and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness and a toffee caramel sweetness: it makes a Toffee Martini, enriches an Espresso Martini and lifts dessert serves and milkshakes.
