Floral and fruity, lavender and elderflower drifting over sweet orange, mint and a soft earthy juniper. Inspired by the flower meadows of the Cotswolds and left unfiltered, so it may turn faintly cloudy. A lighter, gentler gin that carries the colour of an English summer field.

Description
The Cotswolds Wildflower edition is a tribute to the blooming meadows of the English countryside that surround the distillery, and it deliberately steps away from the austerity of a classic dry gin. The botanical bill reads like a hedgerow in bloom, lavender, elderflower, mint and juniper joined by sweet orange blossom and lime peel for a citrus lift. The natural ingredients are extracted slowly, and the gin is left unfiltered, so a slight cloudiness can appear, the honest signature of its making.
The nose is floral and fresh, lavender and elderflower over citrus zest. The palate is fruity and floral, sweet orange, mint and spicy herbs in balance, with an earthy juniper note kept gently in the background. The finish is soft and long, dried flowers and fine herbs lingering. Build a Wildflower G&T with Mediterranean tonic and a few lavender flowers, or float it into a gin spritz with Prosecco.
