Celtic Honey Liqueur is an Irish honey liqueur built on a blend of Irish whiskey, neutral grain alcohol and real Irish honey, drawing on old Celtic honey traditions. It sits at 30%, the honey giving a natural sweetness that is rounded by subtle spice and the warmth of whiskey beneath. In the traditional honey liqueur style, the honey leads and the whiskey gives it depth.

The nose is intense honey with subtle vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and a hint of ginger, and the palate is soft and sweet, a full honey flavour with subtle whiskey nuances and spicy undertones, closing long and velvety on honey sweetness and gentle spice. Behind the bar it is a honeyed sweetener with built in whiskey character: it sweetens and warms a hot toddy, lifts hot tea or coffee, and rounds a whisky sour or a stirred whiskey drink the way honey softens a hard edge. It also adds sweetness to desserts. Serve it lightly chilled or over ice, neat or in the mix.
