Cellini Limoncello Limoni di Sicilia is made by Bottega in Italy from sun ripened lemons of the Sicilian coast, the Limoni di Sicilia known for their intense citrus aroma. The lemon peel is macerated in alcohol to release its essential oils and flavours, the traditional limoncello method, and the result is bottled at a bright 30% with a harmonious balance of fruity acidity, natural sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.

The nose is fresh and citrusy with an intense lemon peel aroma and light sweetness, and the palate is full bodied and fruity sweet with a lively lemon note and a subtle bitterness, closing fresh, soft and pleasantly sweet on lingering citrus. Behind the bar it is a citrus lift and sweetener: it carries a Limoncello Spritz, a lemon tonic and a Prosecco serve, and adds zest to lemon led cocktails. It also shines over vanilla ice cream and in lemon sorbet. Serve it well chilled as a classic digestif, neat or over ice.
